Those of us who are true to science have always been confronted with a false dichotomy from our fundamental friends, science and modern thinking vs a “high” view of scripture..Many times i have almost had to walk from my faith to keep my integrity.. Your incarnational model respects the Word of God but realizes it is culturally bounded and must to a degree be unlocked by critical intelligent reading. Anyway, know that there are educated Christians who appreciate your putting your neck on the block.
